The project pictured above started as a medical/office condo with three offices and a conference room. The client had a thriving pharmacy in McKinney and wanted to open another location in Frisco to support his online sales and business objectives.
The location was great and the size was perfect. However, the office configuration did not support the open floor plan requirements of a pharmacy. The solution was simple: remove all of the walls and patch the holes. We were able to give the client a new pharmacy in a few short weeks.

Things you should know about commercial remodeling:
A word of caution: you do not want to go it alone and try to DIY it or hire a “residential guy”, as the requirements of commercial and residential construction vary greatly. For example, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has stringent requirements that may have direct impact on your remodel. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR) may also require that the project is registered with them. Working with a commercial General Contractor who is familiar with your city and its codes can save a lot of valuable time and money.
