Our Process
The project pictured here started as a medical/office condo with three offices and a conference room. The client had a thriving pharmacy in McKinney and wanted to open another location in Frisco to support his online sales and business objectives.
The location was great and the size was perfect. However, the office configuration did not support the open floor plan requirements of a pharmacy. The solution was simple: remove all of the walls and patch the holes. We were able to give the client a new pharmacy in a few short weeks.
